1. No Warranty for Storm or Weather Damage

We are not responsible for any damage caused by:

Weather events are outside our control and can affect plants, materials, and landscape structures.

2. Plant Loss Due to Storms

We do not replace or refund plants damaged or killed by:

  • Saltwater intrusion
  • Temperature drops or heat waves

All plants are healthy at the time of installation or purchase, but survival cannot be guaranteed during severe weather.

We are not liable for storm‑related damage to:

  • Mulch or rock beds
  • Edging or borders
  • Sod or turf
  • Drainage systems
  • Lighting systems
  • Hardscape elements (stones, pavers, décor)
  • Irrigation components

Storms can shift, wash out, or damage materials — this is considered an act of nature.

4. Post‑Storm Cleanup

Storm cleanup is not included in any warranty or maintenance program.

Cleanup services may include:

  • Debris removal
  • Fallen branch removal
  • Re‑mulching
  • Re‑leveling beds
  • Re‑setting stones or edging
  • Plant replacement (if desired)

These services require a separate estimate.

5. Drainage & Flooding

Even with proper installation, extreme rainfall can overwhelm any drainage system.

We are not responsible for:

  • Flooding caused by severe storms
  • Water pooling due to soil saturation
  • Damage caused by municipal drainage failures
  • Changes in neighboring property runoff

Drainage systems reduce water issues — they cannot eliminate them during extreme weather.

6. Client Responsibilities After a Storm

Clients are responsible for:

  • Inspecting their property
  • Watering or stabilizing stressed plants
  • Removing debris that may cause further damage
  • Contacting us if they want storm cleanup services
